- Typical output
- 2,000 – 20,000 bph
Solutions
Moulds, blow moulding machine and auxiliary equipment specified together, so the line reaches production conditions as a single scope.
By Industry
Each solution lists the bottle range it covers and a typical output band, so you can find the closest match before we tailor it.

High-cavity blowing for still and purified water, from light 0.5L bottles to 5-gallon containers on the same platform family.

Stable wall thickness and base geometry for pressurised bottles, matched to a high-pressure air system built for continuous shifts.

Clear, handle-ready jugs and bottles with moulds designed for the thicker walls edible oil containers need.

Bottle and mould design for sauce and condiment formats, including wide-mouth and custom neck finishes.

Detergent, shampoo and household bottles with moulds tuned for shape, colour and label surfaces.

Precision moulds for regulated bottle formats, with consistent wall thickness and clean cavity finishes.

Large-format jugs and 5-gallon containers where handling and wall thickness matter more than raw speed.
How a Line Comes Together
Four stages that keep the machine, the mould and the air system defined against each other.
We start from your bottle design — neck finish, weight and appearance — and build the mould set the machine will run.
A machine platform is selected by bottle size and target output, with heating zones and cavity count matched to the mould.
High-pressure air, cooling, drying and preform handling are sized to the machine so the line reaches working conditions together.
Commissioning guidance, operator training and English remote after-sales follow the line into production.
Selection Guide
Bottle size decides the machine family; output target decides cavity count and the air system.
Choose the bottle range first — it sets the machine family and the mould design.
Up to 2L
Compact containers — water, CSD, dairy and pharmaceutical bottles.
2L – 3L
Mid-size bottles, including edible oil, larger home-care and detergent containers.
3L – 5 gal
Large containers and 5-gallon returnable bottles for water and washer fluid.
Then set the output target — it determines cavity count and the air system.
A few hundred bph
Low-speed large-bottle lines where gentle handling matters more than speed.
Thousands bph
Standard high-cavity production for water, CSD and home-care bottles.
Tens of thousands bph
High-speed multi-cavity lines running continuous shifts.
Next step
Share the bottle sizes you run and the output you need, and we will shape a line around them.
