About Us

HITECBLOW builds PET blow moulding machines, moulds and the auxiliary equipment around them.

Two decades inside the bottle-making process mean the machine, the mould and the air system are designed as one line, not three separate purchases.

Our Story

Grown outward from the mould cavity

The company started in mould making and grew outward from the cavity: mould know-how led to building the machines that run them, which in turn led to supplying the air, cooling and handling equipment that keep them in production.

Today the range covers bottle sizes from small containers to 5-gallon, with output from a few hundred to tens of thousands of bottles per hour, and an after-sales team that can support overseas plants remotely in English.

Milestones

Two decades inside the bottle-making process

Key stages in how the equipment range and the support programme took shape.

  1. 01

    Founded as a Mould Workshop

HITECBLOW began by making PET moulds for regional bottlers, learning bottle design from the cavity out.

  2. 02

    Blow Moulding Machines Added

Mould know-how led naturally to building complete blow moulding machines matched to the moulds already in the field.

  3. 03

    Auxiliary Equipment Integrated

High-pressure air compressors, chillers and conveying were brought into the scope so a line could ship as one package.

  4. 04

    Overseas Installations

Machines and complete lines were delivered to overseas producers across water, beverage, oil, home-care and pharmaceutical bottles.

  5. 05

    Remote Support Programme

Programming-capable engineers took over English remote support, shortening the distance between a fault and a fix.

Factory

Built, measured and packed before it ships

Machines are assembled, aligned and tested against their moulds before they leave the workshop.

Team

Mechanical, programming and after-sales in one team

The same engineers who build the machines support them after they are installed.

What Sets Us Apart

Three reasons producers work with one supplier

Full Range Coverage

From small bottles to 5-gallon containers and output from hundreds to tens of thousands of bottles per hour, within one equipment family.

One-Stop Delivery

Moulds, machines and auxiliary equipment supplied together, with interfaces agreed before shipment instead of resolved on site.

Support You Can Talk To

Programming-capable engineers handle remote after-sales in English, so diagnosis is not slowed down by translation.

Next step

Talk to the team behind the machines

Tell us the bottle size, the output you need and the equipment scope, and we will match the machine, mould and air system from the same range.
