One supplier for the machine, the mould and the air system
Project Overview
A bottled water producer replacing an ageing line wanted a single supplier rather than coordinating a machine vendor, a mould workshop and an air system contractor. The scope was quoted as one package: a multi-cavity blow moulding machine, matched cavity moulds for two bottle formats, and a high-pressure air system sized to the cavity count. Moulds were trialled against the machine before shipment, so commissioning focused on air and utilities rather than bottle quality. The plant now switches between its two bottle formats on a planned mould change, with remote support covering program settings.
